Warranty POLICY

WE ALWAYS SUPPORT CUSTOMERS

Ngu Hanh Games supports to exchange faulty products for retail partners with ERRORS that SERIOUSLY affect game errors including:

- Missing components or wrong game components

- Torn or faded printing with printing components

- Cracks, breaks, breaks or damaged mechanisms for plastic components

Partner please exchange products for customers when confirming that the product belongs to the exchange policy. Ngu Hanh Games will transfer replaced products to the partner at the end of each month or together with the partner's next order

Note: The following errors will not be included in the product exchange policy

- The product is damaged or water damaged during use

- The product is damaged due to the player doing the wrong way to open the product

- The product is slightly discolored, slightly deviated but does not affect the gameplay
